• Do I need an account to browse?

  No. Anyone can browse listings and read comments. You only log in to save, chat, comment, make offers or post.

• How do I log in?

  Enter your phone number or email, and we'll send a 6-digit code. No passwords to remember.

• Will people see my phone number?

  No. Your number and email are private. Neighbours contact you through in-app chat, and can send a call request without seeing your number.

• Why don't listings show an exact address?

  For your safety. We only show society, sector and locality with an approximate distance. Share pickup details in chat when you're comfortable.

• Does KaamAyega charge a fee?

  No. Payments happen directly between neighbours, in person, after you've seen the item.

• How do I mark something as sold or given away?

  Go to My listings and tap the status button on the item, or use Update status on the listing page.

• Someone is behaving badly. What do I do?

  Use Report on the listing, comment or member profile. You can also delete the conversation from the chat menu.
